Ileana Buys Bungalow

Top starlet Ileana is all set to acquire another property and it is heard that she is going in for a bigger venture this time. Apparently, news is that this ‘andaala khazana’ had booked a 3-Bedroom flat at the prestigious Lanco hills venture during the boom time. It is heard that even the noted villain Sayaji also bought a similar one.

But now, sources reveal that Ileana has upgraded herself to a bungalow. Well, the villas in the Lanco project are called as bungalows. It seems even Sayaji did the same thing. The buzz is that the flats which were costing Rs 1 crore are now available for Rs 70 lakhs.

The project is going smoothly and it will be getting ready soon. The experts say that this is the right time to buy a property in Lanco if you have the money. Already, the Lanco Hills project has become popular with many film personalities buying flats and bungalows there.
